What's New at EPCOT's International Flower & Garden Festival?!

The most beautiful and fragrant festival of the year is upon us! EPCOT's International Flower and Garden Festival runs from March 1 through July 5, 2023 with so many beautiful, fun, and flavorful new additions this year.

When it comes to Topiaries, no detail is spared and this year they are far beyond stunning. This year's newest princess to join the Topiary family is Princess Tiana. She is wearing her tiara and ball gown, surrounded by lily pads and is located at the American Adventure in the World Showcase. Another new edition is the Madrigal Family from Encanto! Mirabel, Louisa, Isabela and Antonio are “greeting” guests in the main entrance of EPCOT. Depending on the time of day there may be a Photopass photographer located here to take guests' photos. This is an extremely popular location, so there may be a line to have your photo taken.

This year there are so many new fun and exciting changes to the Outdoor Kitchens of EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. While you’ll still find the standard staples like Violet Lemonade and Frushi, there are plenty of new and exciting offerings.

BRUNCHCOT hit the ground running with their Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites with Cream Cheese frosting and candied bacon, but don’t worry they still have some staples like Avocado Toast and Shrimp and Grits. A festival favorite this year is inspired by none other than Orange Bird himself! The Citrus Blossom is located inside the Odyssey Pavilion making it a great location to beat the heat. The menu is knocking it out of the park with a Citrus Baked Brie with preserved lemon marmalade, limoncello marinated blueberries and spiced Marcona almonds. They also have a generous portion of Orange Sesame Tempura Shrimp with orange chile sauce.

If you find yourself at the Flower and Garden with young travelers, stop by the Port of Entry, Disney Traders, Creations Shop or the World Traveler at the International gateway entrance and purchase Spikes Pollen-nation Exploration for $9.99. While venturing around the park keep your eye out for Spike and look for all of the locations where he may be hiding. This is a great way to keep kids engaged and excited while you venture to all of the topiaries and outdoor kitchens. When you find Spike, use the coordinating sticker to mark his location! Upon completion guests can choose a prize to bring home. Spoiler alert they have some really cute cups and plates with Orange Bird, Spike, Figment and Snow White on them for prizes! For our guests who like to collect all of the exciting Disney memorabilia the only way to collect all of the prizes is to purchase and complete eight different cards!
