One of the best parts of the holiday season is, of course, none other than the FOOD! Who doesn’t love a sweet treat and some home cooking? The holiday carbs don’t count when you’re quite literally walking your way around the world showcase. At least that’s what we tell ourselves!
The Holiday Kitchens located throughout the World Showcase will be full of seasonal flavors and merry libations. Some kitchens from the Food and Wine Festival, which quickly became crowd favorites, will be sticking around through the holiday season. Bubbles and Brine, Chop and Char, and Wine and Wedge will continue to feature the items they had from the Food and Wine Festival. The Holiday Kitchens are a great opportunity to experience the holiday meals that are enjoyed around the world. They’ll, of course, be accompanied by plenty of traditional offerings at the American Holiday Table, so guests can still indulge in a good old-fashioned turkey dinner. In the past, L’Chaim! Holiday Kitchen has been a crowd favorite, serving up pastrami and potato latkes with a New York flair.
The Holiday Cookie Stroll will be returning this year. Pick up a Holiday Cookie Stroll Passport at one of the Holiday Kitchens. Several of the Holiday Kitchens, along with additional quick-service locations in the park, will be “official cookie stroll” locations. When you purchase a cookie from a Holiday Cookie Stroll location, ask for your passport to be stamped. Once you collect 5 stamps in your passport, bring your fully stamped passport to the Holiday Sweets and Treats holiday kitchen for a FREE specialty cookie. Don’t worry if you don’t happen to eat 5 cookies in one day! Guests are more than welcome to continue to bring back their passport throughout the length of the International Festival of the Holidays.
