Sinister Sweet Snacks and Frightfully Filling Halloween Meals are coming to Walt Disney World

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is right around the corner, and we officially have what we’ve all been waiting for! The most exciting part of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and spooky season are the exclusive foods that are available. Who doesn’t love sugar, pumpkin spice, and spooky snacks?

Let's start off with the obvious: guests can collect as much candy as they can hold. Don’t worry; we won’t judge if you fill a backpack or stroller! Just keep in mind that there are bags included with your ticket purchase that you will get upon entering the park or at a designated location. These bags aren’t the largest, so we recommend bringing something else to store candy in if you’re traveling with small witches and wizards; these bags can get heavy quickly. For guests with food allergies, feel free to stop by a designated location marked on the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party brochure that will provide safe alternatives to candy.

We’re excited that some of our favorite snacks from last year are being brought back with some slight changes! Last year, we fell head over heels in love with the Spellbinding Fried Pie from the Golden Outpost. This year it looks a little bit different, but we’re hoping the Buffalo chicken hand pie will live up to our expectations this year at Friar’s Nook in Fantasyland. Friar's Nook will also have some other savory options like the Pain and Panic Brat and the Pain and Panic Loaded Tots. Golden Oak Outpost has changed up their menu this spooky season, and we couldn’t be more excited for it. This year's menu will feature a Tombstone Tarte that is a pastry filled with strawberry and jalapeno jam; don’t worry, this treat can be purchased during the party and during the regular park day. It doesn’t stop there. There is a new edition, Loaded Sweet Potato fries are tossed in cinnamon sugar and topped with marshmallow cream, butterscotch chips, and toffee, but these will only be available during the Halloween Party.

Don’t be fooled by those savory options; there's absolutely no shortage when it comes to sweet treats. Throughout the park, guests can indulge in sweet treats starting as soon as they enter on Main Street USA. When you grab your coffee to make it through the night, sneak a peek at these “really not so scary” treats at the Main Street Bakery and at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor. The Apple Fritter Sundae is the perfect fall treat topped with your choice of ice cream, and the Main Street Bakery has added a new fall twist to the Mickey-shaped cinnamon rolls.

Stop by these locations to enjoy specialty treats:

  • Tomorrowland: Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe and Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies

  • Fantasyland: Cheshire Cafe, Storybook Treats, and Friar’s Nook
