Beginning October 23, 2024, at Disneyland Resort in California, and October 30, 2024, at Walt Disney World in Florida, Disney Parks is introducing a new option to enhance your park experience: the Lightning Lane Premier Pass. This addition to the Lightning Lane system will offer guests expedited entry to theme park attractions.
The Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be available in very limited quantities. It grants guests one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane attraction in the park they are visiting on that day. This includes all rides currently available through Lightning Lane Multipass and Lightning Lane Single Pass. Guests will not need to select return times prior to arrival. If guests wish to experience an attraction more than once, they are welcome to purchase additional Lightning Lane Multipasses or Single Passes.
Walt Disney World guests will be able to purchase the Lightning Lane Premier Pass seven days before the start of their vacation, beginning at 7 AM, for the entire length of their stay (up to 14 days). This option will be available to select guests staying at Disney Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resorts, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, or Shades of Green. Guests can use the Lightning Lane Premier Pass at one park per day. Those who purchase the pass will also enjoy complimentary ride photos for that day.
At Disneyland Resort in California, guests will be able to use their Lightning Lane Premier Pass in both parks starting October 23, 2024. It will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis, two days before the intended use, starting at 7 AM. Guests can scan their MagicBand+ or Disneyland app to access each ride once via the Lightning Lane entrance. Additionally, Disney PhotoPass Lenses and downloads will be included in the price of the Lightning Lane Premier Pass for the day of use.
