How to Safely Approach Flower & Garden Festival with Dietary Restrictions

The chef’s across EPCOT have done an amazing job accommodating different dietary restrictions with this year’s International Festival of Flower and Garden Festival. Our team was so excited to see how many Gluten Free and Plant Based options there are available throughout all of the Outdoor Kitchens. As always, use your best judgment and speak to a chef if you have any additional allergies that may be present in the Festival Kitchens. Disney always goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests.

Guest’s who eat a gluten free diet will be thoroughly impressed by the options available to them during the Flower and Garden Festival. These items are carefully labeled on the menus as “gluten friendly”, if you have a true gluten allergy we recommend speaking to a chef prior to ordering to insure there isn’t any cross contamination.
