Disneyland Hotel

Just a quick monorail ride away from Tomorrowland and Downtown Disney is the Disneyland Hotel. This sophisticated and nostalgic resort pays homage to the classic years of the Disneyland Theme Park. When staying at this whimsical resort, guests will enjoy not only being close to the magic but early entry into the theme parks during their stay.

Resort Rooms

The Disneyland Hotel is the perfect home away from home on your next Disneyland Vacation. There are rooms to fit families and groups of all sizes, especially with the newest edition of the Discovery Tower that is full of modern touches with all the conveniences of home. When choosing a room, guests can choose between a Standard View overlooking the resort's landscaping or parking areas, a Premium View of the pool, a Deluxe View of the pool, or a Downtown Disney View that overlooks the Downtown Disney District. Standard Rooms come with either two queen-size beds and a daybed, two queen-size beds, or a king-size bed and are available with all those views. For guests who would like to enhance their stay, they can choose a room with Club Level. Club Level gives guests access to the resort's concierge lounge that serves breakfast, afternoon snacks, an appetizer service, and dessert service. For larger parties, there are suites and villas available.

One-bedroom suites sleep between 4 and 6 adults, while 2-bedroom suites sleep between 6 and 10 adults. There are also 3-bedroom suites that can sleep up to 14 adults. Suites do include a wet bar. For guests who prefer the comforts of home, villas are available beginning this fall. This will be a brand new addition to the Disneyland Hotel, and Villas will provide guests with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a dining room table. One-bedroom villas sleep up to five adults, two-bedroom villas will sleep up to nine adults, and three-bedroom grand villas will sleep up to 12 adults. The new edition of the Discovery Tower will also include a duo studio that will sleep 2 adults and has one queen-size pull-down bed. There are also Deluxe Studios that will sleep up to four adults in one queen-size bed and one queen-size pull-down bed.

Pool

Make a splash in the two pools at the Disneyland Hotel. The E-ticket pool is a retro-themed pool and the larger of the two pools. Guests can enjoy this heated pool year-round; this is the perfect place for the kids to splash and swim while parents lounge and relax poolside after a long day in the parks. This pool does tend to be busier, so we highly recommend renting a cabana if you plan on having a pool day during your trip to guarantee a calm and relaxing place to hang out. The second smaller pool is the D-ticket Pool, which is conveniently located close by but tends to be the less crowded pool at the resort. This pool is ideal for guests who would like to swim laps. The fun doesn't stop there! The main reason to go to the pool at the Disneyland Hotel is the Red and Yellow Monorail Water Slides. The monorail slides are fun for adults and children, and they are located in a shallow splash and play area that even the youngest travelers can enjoy. For chillier days or to relax after a long day in the parks, enjoy the two whirlpool spas located in the pool area.

Dining

Get ready to wave your napkins in the air and enjoy breakfast or dinner with Goofy and his Pals at Goofy's Kitchen. It's an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet. Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar and Grill is a Polynesian-inspired restaurant inspired by the Enchanted Tiki Room. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily, and yes, they even have Dole Whip Floats! Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar is an experience in itself. This fun and immersive Bar also serves a Hawaiian-themed menu full of adventurous options like a PuPu Platter, Poke bowls, and Hawaiian Platters. The main attractions are their drinks that often come with a show when you order them. We highly recommend ordering an Uh Oa! But have your camera ready! The Coffee House serves up the most important fuel for a Disney vacation: caffeine! Conveniently located near the convention center, guests can purchase grab-and-go breakfast items like muffins, bagels, yogurt, and lots of caffeinated beverages. For guests who don't need an extra jolt in the morning or afternoon, they also have teas, juices, and chocolate milk.
