Character Dining Around Walt Disney World Resorts

Character Dining is a great way to experience one on one interactions with some of your favorite characters without having to wait in line. But wait, it gets better! Guests can enjoy a delicious meal and the characters will come right to your table. So you know what that means - no standing in the blazing Florida heat!

There are several Character Dining restaurants that are located across WDW Resorts, making it so travelers don’t even need a park ticket to meet some characters. Character Dining does take a little bit longer than your typical restaurant meal, so we recommend blocking off about two hours for a Character Dining experience.

Ohana at breakfast is a family style restaurant with Hawaiian flares located in the main building of the Polynesian Resort, but don’t worry they still have Disney breakfast staples like Mickey waffles (you might even have a Stitch Waffle) where guests will be joined by Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto. Breakfast is priced at $45 per adult and $29 per child under 10. Keep in mind that characters are only there for breakfast!

Chef Mickey’s is centrally located in the Contemporary's main lobby and offers family style breakfast and dinner with Mickey, Minnie, Daisy, Donald, Goofy and Pluto. Breakfast has plenty of traditional offerings as well as their famous loaded potato and cheese casserole and Banana Bread French toast. Dinner features steak, salmon, pork loin and gnocchi with a plant based option available upon request.  Breakfast is priced at $45 per adult and $29 per child for breakfast and $60 per adult and $38 per child for dinner.

Topolino’s Terrace is on the top floor of the Riviera Resort - which features a menu based breakfast where guests are free to order as many entrees as they desire. Breakfast is anything but your ordinary meal with choices like sour cream waffles and Woodfired Butchers Steak over Polenta, and children are encouraged to express their artistic abilities with Mickey Waffle Dippers. Guests are joined by Minnie, Mickey, Daisy and Donald in their French inspired attire. Breakfast is priced at $45 per adult and $29 per child.

Cape May Cafe is located at the Beach Club Resort, featuring a buffet styled breakfast and is served with classic favorites such as mickey waffles and french toast pudding along with signature items like the Salted Caramel “Beach Buns.” Guests are joined by Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Daisy who are dressed for some fun in the sun! Breakfast is priced at $45 per adult and $29 per child.

Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White is quietly located at the Wilderness Lodge and is open from 4PM to 9PM. Dinner is a price fix meal with shared appetizers, a choice of an entree with choices of beef, pork, chicken, fish or a vegetarian option and shared desserts for the table. Guests are joined by Snow White, The Evil Queen, Dopey and Grumpy. Dinner is priced at $65 per adult and $39 per child.
