Celebrating Star Wars Day in the Parks!

May the fourth be with you! May 4 otherwise known as Star Wars Day is preparing to be celebrated on both coasts! While yes, it technically can be Star Wars Day anytime you walk into Galaxy’s Edge there are some fun and exciting things going on for Star Wars Day this year!

Walt Disney World

Out of this world snacks are always the most important part of a celebration! Any day of the year Docking Bay 7 is serving up "Ronto Wraps", "Tip Yip" and other Batuu staples, but for the 4th and 5th of May there is the addition of "Oi-Oi Puff" - a raspberry cream puff with passion fruit mousse. Backlot Express is well known for the "Wookie Cookie" year round but until the end of May there will also be a Darth Vader Cupcake to satisfy your sweet tooth, and guess what?! It’s available for mobile order! This chocolate cupcake is filled with peanut butter buttercream, fans of the old Starring Rolls Cafe we highly recommend you check this out, while it isn’t identical to the old Peanut Butter Crunch Cupcake we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised! Another addition to the Star Wars snack line up is Jettison Juice that will be available at ABC Commissary, PizzeRizzo and Rosie’s All American Cafe in addition to Backlot Express.

For a quick and easy snack, venture over to the Churro Cart at The Market, Grand Avenue and Anaheim Produce for a picture perfect snack. Blue and Red Lightsaber Churros will be available May 4th through May 31 and we promise you won’t be able to resist this perfect photo opportunity.

Any day can be Star Wars Day at Walt Disney World when you book a voyage on the Galactic Star Cruiser. Select voyages are currently available at a discounted rate to Walt Disney World Annual Passholders. Contact your travel expert today to book your voyage to a Galaxy Far Far Away.

They have everything from a "Wookie Cookie" to Pretzel Lightsabers plus Marceline’s Confectionery has a too cute to eat, Grogu Candy Apple that is even available for mobile order.

Once upon the park, venture to Galaxy’s Edge for an IMPRESSIVE lineup of food from a galaxy far far away. Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo has added some new salads to their menu that will be available for mobile order through the end of May:

The Temple Rootleaf and Moss Salad with Seasoned Gwayo Egg: salad greens, brined vegetables, roasted mushrooms, fried potato noodles and a soy marinated soft boiled egg

Kat Saka’s Kettle has added some new flavored popcorn to their line up. The Saurabat Valley Mix is a sweet kettle corn, while the Niamos Mix is a sour cream and chive popcorn. We’re so excited to see Sour Cream and Chive Popcorn make its return after it was discontinued in EPCOT a few years ago!
