While this year's Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party may not have any fancy exclusive merchandise - they do have some pretty impressive party exclusive snacks! The best part is there are FIVE different locations throughout the park that guests can enjoy COMPLIMENTARY holiday treats.
Guests are invited to stop at different locations throughout the park to pick up complimentary cookies & holiday beverages, and guess what?! There is NO LIMIT to how many times you stop by to pick up these delicious treats! Tomorrowland is home to not one but two different treat stops during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe is serving up snickerdoodle cookies & hot cocoa and The Launching Pad has sugar cookies & apple cider. Pinocchio Village Haus in Fantasyland has hot chocolate for guests to warm up with and frosted gingerbread cookies to enjoy. Columbia Harbor House in Liberty Square is sure to be a hit to almost everyone with chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate. The fifth and final location to enjoy a complimentary snack is at Tortuga Tavern in Adventureland. Guests can enjoy sugar cookies and eggnog. Cookies are individually wrapped so feel free to stock up on some to enjoy later in the evening or even the next day.
When it comes to the Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party exclusive food items available for purchase - we were highly skeptical when we saw Curry Brat Tots on the line up. Friar's Nook doesn’t ordinarily disappoint us, so we went ahead & gave them a chance and boy are we glad that we did! The tots were topped with a ketchup curry, brats and an apple slaw. The curry wasn’t overpowering and these are sure to be a shareable crowd pleaser. While at Friar’s Nook you can’t forget to order dessert, because guess what? ‘Tis the Season that calories don’t count! The Tinkerbell Cream Puff is a layered dessert featuring a cream puff that has a carrot cake inside of it, topped with spiced cream cheese, walnuts & chocolate wings for Tinkerbell.
Sleepy Hollow is known for its delicious waffles and funnel cakes on a regular day and their Christmas Party offerings are just as impressive. The Funnel Cake Sundae is served with a scoop of Peppermint ice cream, m&m’s and hot fudge. The portion size is extremely generous and makes for a great shareable treat. While cider is being served for free at the Launching Pad, we highly recommend ordering the apple cider float from Sleepy Hollow that is topped with vanilla ice cream and cinnamon.
Casey’s Corner has a fun picture perfect Christmas Tree Cake that is a red velvet brownie cheesecake with a decadent buttercream and spiced caramel frosting and is topped with small candy sugar Christmas lights.
